9:00 - We'll meet at the *coach outside
Hotel Ballina and leave by 9:15

9:30 - Mass at the Cathedral of
St. Muredach (est.1834).
10:30ish - For those who opt'd out of
going to Mass, we will return to
Hotel Ballina to pick you up.
Please be ready at the door!
* There's a possibility that we won't be using a coach today, but will carpool instead since everything is in Ballina. If there's no coach in the parking lot - meet at the hotel lobby and we will arrange the carpool.

11:00 - Walking tour of Ballina * with the
knowledgeable and entertaining

2:30 - Visit the Jackie Clarke Library
which has an amazing collection
of documented Irish history.

FYI:
The library is currently undergoing some changes, so their collection will not be on display until the end of October. However, they will have presentors available for Q and A in their repository - with select items out for viewing.
The library is the venue for a scheduled vintage car rally and there will be about forty vintage cars for you to peruse.

3:30 - Visit Foxford Woolen Mills
We'll have tea at the Olde Mill Restaurant;
Go on the Woolen Mills Tour;
Do some shopping for souvenirs at:
Mill Shop (rugs, blankets, tweeds)
Jewellery Workshop (handcrafted)
Art Galleries (local artists)

7:30 - A very nice dinner* - our final
get-together - at Hotel Ballina!
We will have our own dining room,
music for dancing, and a bar in the
room for your convenience.
We'll have plenty of time to visit, so if you haven't done so by this point in the reunion, be sure to bring your family histories and pictures to share (copies - not originals please), and be sure to exchange contact information with all of your new-found cousins!
